Requirements
- Knowledge of the Indian Global Capability Center (GCC)
- Proven track record of managing $10M+ digital transformation portfolios
- Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Exceptional ability to navigate complex matrix organizations
- Ability to translate operational data into clear P&L impacts
- A pragmatic approach to troubleshooting large-scale organizational hurdles
