Senior Frontend-Heavy Full Stack Engineer – Tech Lead

Role Overview

• Design, develop, and deliver frontend‑heavy full stack applications from concept to production.
• Own the entire SDLC, Requirement understanding, System and UI architecture, Development and code reviews, Deployment and production support.
• Lead and mentor a small team of engineers, providing technical direction and quality oversight.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, including: Requirement discussions, Architecture walkthroughs, Status updates, technical decision explanations.
• Ensure applications meet standards for: Performance, Scalability, Security, Maintainability.
• Effectively leverage AI‑assisted development tools while maintaining strong engineering judgment.
• Take full ownership of deliverables, timelines, and solution quality.

Requirements

• 6+ Years of frontend heavy Full stack experience.
• Claude Code Expertise.
• Nextjs/React Expertise.
• Any backend tech stack handson experience.
• Handson experience with Aws OR Azure.
• Must build end to end solution independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience leading small team & independently managing client.
