Working Student – Sales Manager

Role Overview

• You are part of our sales team and help lay the foundation for sustainable customer relationships
• You won’t do everything from day one – but you’ll gradually take on more responsibility
• Maintain our CRM system (Pipedrive) – create records, structure data, update information
• Reach out to potential customers (no cold calling; qualified leads provided)
• Support preparation of meetings and sales materials
• Follow up on dormant leads
• Assist with onboarding new customers
• Participate in selected customer meetings on-site or remotely
• Support upselling potential analyses and internal sales reporting

Requirements

• You are an enrolled student — preferably in a business-related or communications-focused degree program
• You work in a structured and reliable manner and have a good sense for communication
• You enjoy speaking with people — by phone, email, or in person
• First practical experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
• You are comfortable with digital tools and quickly learn new systems
• Interest in modern technologies, SaaS, or AI solutions is desirable but not required
