Coordinate multiple engagements and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Liaise between own team members and client teams in the US
Assign and update team member engagement forecasts
Monitor status update compliance and escalate to Portfolio Management when there are compliance or quality concerns
Monitor and report on engagement spend
Schedule standing check-in meetings with own team members
Schedule monthly check-in meetings with our clients
Create and facilitate engagement onboarding, execution, and closeout checklists

Bachelor's degree of related college course
Firsthand experience with team coordination
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills
A team player, capable of adapting to change
Ability to learn new software and collaborate on the creation of new processes to reduce inefficiencies or ambiguity
Proficiency in MS Office
Professional Services experience (preferred)
Salesforce and/or FinancialForce experience (preferred)
