Role Overview
- Provide application support at L2/L3 for production applications;
- Ensure daily production monitoring, including handling batch and transactional incidents;
- Contribute to application enhancements: technical and functional analysis, effort estimation, and drafting detailed specifications;
- Perform development and maintenance in a Mainframe environment (COBOL, PL/I, DB2, JCL, IBM SAS / SAS Open);
- Implement unit and integration tests, and manage acceptance testing follow-up;
- Participate in deployments and post-production monitoring during the warranty/support period;
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects, including training and leading an offshore team.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience.
