Role Overview
- Ensure the verification, processing and monitoring of supplier invoices, including opening vendor accounts
- Enter invoices into the accounting system
- Process payments according to due dates
- Analyze and reconcile supplier accounts
Requirements
- Diploma equivalent to BAC+2 in Accounting
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Proficiency with office tools such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Very good level of French, both spoken and written
- Basic knowledge of English
- Demonstrated organization, autonomy and rigor
- Enjoy working in a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
