Requirements
Significant industry experience of 5 years or more
History managing a team typically consisting of 2-3 direct reports
Ability to manage clients at higher levels than potentially themselves
Technical expertise and coaching capability for direct reports
Proactive initiative to anticipate client needs and drive business growth
