Support recruitment team members with their daily needs and tasks.
Work closely with Business Managers to understand and analyze their hiring needs.
Identify, screen and source top candidates using a quality-focused approach.
Monitor and manage all stages of the recruitment process: kick-off, interviews, and job offers.
Participate in "hiring manager" training sessions.
Contribute to various cross-functional HR projects.
Requirements
Master’s degree (or equivalent) from a business school or university with a specialization in HR.
Prior successful experience in recruitment.
Ability to identify high-potential candidates, attract them, and support rapid integration.
Organized, meticulous and responsive.
Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Curiosity and proactivity in assigned tasks.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
