About this role
Role Overview
- Support during USA hours and availability during non-business hours for outage support
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server
- Perform cluster operations including vMotion, DRS, HA, datastore management
- Write PowerShell scripts for automation and administration tasks
- Manage Azure AD, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery (ASR), and monitoring tools
- Provide L2/L3 support for escalated incidents and problem resolution
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Windows Server administration
- Strong hands-on experience in Azure Cloud services
- Proficiency with VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure IaaS
- Experience with SAN/NAS Backup tools (Veeam/Commvault/etc.)
- BE/BTech or equivalent technical degree
- Azure certifications (AZ 104, AZ 303/305) preferred
- VMware certifications (VCP) preferred
