Work closely with Business Managers to understand and analyze their hiring needs.
Identify, screen and proactively source top candidates using a quality-driven approach.
Manage and oversee all stages of the recruitment process: kick-off, interviews, and job offers.
Participate in hiring manager training sessions.
Contribute to various cross-functional HR projects.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university degree with a specialization in HR.
Proven first experience in recruitment.
Ability to identify top talent, attract them, and help them onboard and adapt quickly.
Recognized for strong organizational skills, rigor and responsiveness.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team spirit.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
