Collaborate with team members across Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to support communications to SentinelOne customers.
Develop frameworks for customer list segmentation.
Draft systemic communications to support the customer journey
Requirements
Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking marketing or communications program with an expected graduation date between Dec 2026 and June 2027.
Familiar with Marketing or Campaign tools (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot, etc.).
Familiar with Customer Success tools (Salesforce).
Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Detail-oriented and analytical.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
