About this role
Role Overview
Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare contracts, letters, and general HR correspondence
Assist with recruitment coordination and employee queries
Monitor compliance requirements (e.g. training, right-to-work, certifications)
Support audits and ensure policies and procedures are up to date
Track and coordinate mandatory training
Requirements
Previous experience in HR, compliance, or administration
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of UK employment law fundamentals
Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
Comfortable working remotely and independently
