Support the systems that enable real-time monitoring and control of energy assets (SCADA, Energy Management Systems, telemetry, and site communications)
Troubleshoot issues impacting visibility, control, and data flow across hundreds of distributed sites
Assist in restoring operations during outages and degraded system conditions
Configure and maintain: Network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls), Virtual environments (VMware / Hyper-V), Windows-based systems and industrial applications
Support device-level communications (relays, inverters, meters, RTACs, etc.)
Perform root cause analysis across: Network connectivity issues, SCADA/data gaps, Device communication failures
Participate in an on-call rotation supporting critical infrastructure
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on / military experience
1-2 years of related experience
Ability to travel up to 50% (site visits across renewable energy assets)
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
Ability to obtain a TWIC card
Ability to work in field environments requiring PPE
