Personally engage in complex or strategic deals to support closing and remove barriers.
Partner with internal teams to shape pricing, proposals, and contract strategy for service agreements.
Own Forecasting, Analytics & Operational Rigor
Maintain forecast accuracy through structured Pipeline Management.
Use Sales Analytics to evaluate performance and adjust strategy.
Ensure CRM compliance and reporting visibility across the region.
Partner cross-functionally with Operations to align service capabilities and customer expectations.
Inspect deal quality, pricing strategy, and pipeline health to improve win rates and deal velocity.
Strengthen Strategic Health System Partnerships
Develop proactive Account Planning for large IDNs and hospital systems.
Drive service expansion through Cross-Selling and Upselling strategies.
Support renewal strategy and long-term contract growth.
Represent PartsSource at industry events and executive customer meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of sales experience in healthcare services, medical device, or biomedical service industries.
3+ years leading field-based sales teams.
Demonstrated success selling service contracts or recurring revenue solutions.
Experience managing CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and forecasting accuracy.
Ability to travel up to 60–75% within assigned region.
