About this role
Role Overview
Trusted support for managers in day-to-day operations
Independently handle and manage all safety registrations for service technicians at pharmaceutical customers — including preparation, document review and timely submission
Scheduling and coordination of appointments as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings
Creation and maintenance of reports, minutes, presentations and documents
Serve as central point of contact for internal and external inquiries and ensure a smooth information flow
Administrative support for external personnel, including contract renewals and invoice verification
Recording and control of time entries against projects
Support for strategic and operational tasks within Field Service
Maintenance and further development of department-relevant document templates
Support in planning and organizing internal and external training via the CAPS program
Requirements
Completed commercial/business vocational training or equivalent qualification
Initial professional experience in customer service is a plus
Structured, independent and reliable way of working
Strong organizational skills and high level of commitment
Team player, strong communicator and motivating in dealings with colleagues
Confident manner and sense of responsibility when working with different departments and hierarchical levels
Very good German and business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus
