Manage the preparation and submission of sales tax returns for multiple jurisdictions.
Monitor changes in sales tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and updating internal procedures as needed.
Lead and mentor the sales tax compliance team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather and review necessary documentation for sales tax filings.
Respond to sales tax audits, notices, and inquiries from government agencies.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in sales tax compliance.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales tax filings and payments.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or relevant certification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales tax compliance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of sales tax regulations and reporting requirements across multiple states.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with sales tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
