You conceptualize and plan video content for YouTube, Shorts, Reels & TikTok — cross-platform and performance-driven.
You edit videos and create thumbnails, titles & hashtags — in the style of modern crypto/finance content creators (clean, catchy, high-quality).
You analyze KPIs such as CTR, watch time & conversion rates and derive concrete optimizations.
You leverage existing raw material (calls, workshops, ads, etc.) to create high-quality video content.
You proactively propose relevant video formats and topics within crypto, DeFi, trading, mindset and finance.

At least 2 years of experience in social media/video content (preferably YouTube).
Proven success in organic growth or performance marketing (e.g., >100k views, strong CTRs, successful Reels/Shorts).
Proficient with Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve.
Understanding of storytelling, hook design & audience retention.
Interest in or experience with crypto / DeFi / financial education / investing.
Independent, structured working style & a willingness to take responsibility.
Very good German and English, written and spoken.
