Experience Ventures is looking for a high-level Social Media Manager to own the full content engine from strategy through execution. The role involves shaping raw materials into premium content that aligns with the brand's voice and aesthetic.
Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy - Planning, calendaring, and full social media workflow management
- Visual Execution - Carousels, quote graphics, story assets - all premium, not templated
- Brand Voice - Writing hooks, captions, and copy that sounds like the founder - not like AI
- Performance - Review social metrics, iterate, and continuously improve
Requirements:
- Have deep experience managing social media and building founder-led brands on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Can take a voice note at 7am and turn it into polished social media content by noon
- Think strategically about social media, not just tactically - you understand why content works, not just what to post
- Have a design eye that goes well beyond templates - your work looks custom, elevated, and intentional
- Are responsive, organized, and proactive - not someone who needs to be chased
- Are a true content operator, not just a post scheduler
