Preparation and updating of transfer pricing documentation (Local File, Master File) and collaboration in the ongoing development of the global transfer pricing framework and internal policies
Ensuring the correct recording and documentation of intercompany transactions (e.g., reseller agreements, Cost+ contracts)
Analysis and implementation of tax audit findings, including deriving and implementing necessary process and policy adjustments for cross-border matters
Coordination of the timely preparation of foreign tax returns and ensuring compliance with all relevant reporting and documentation obligations
Support in the preparation of national corporate income tax returns and in the calculation of current and deferred taxes
Planning and participation in projects to digitally advance the tax function and tax-relevant processes
Requirements
Completed university degree, preferably in economics or law, or a comparable qualification
A certified tax advisor qualification (Steuerberater) is desirable but not mandatory
Minimum of 5 years' professional experience, ideally in a public accounting firm or in the tax department of an international corporate group
Solid knowledge of national and international tax law and, ideally, experience in transfer pricing and intercompany transactions
Very good written and spoken German and English
Strong communication and team skills, and a structured, independent working style
