Lead and develop an NPI-LCE team by fostering a strong culture of accountability, excellence and continuous improvement
Provide strategic oversight of New Product Introduction phases (KD2 to KD6), ensuring timelines, costs, quality and performance targets are met
Ensure effective transition from development to mass production, and continuously optimize the product lifecycle for scalable industrialization
Drive escalation and resolution of product quality and manufacturing process risks
Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency, capacity and production costs
Work closely with R&D, Operations, Quality, Procurement and suppliers to ensure end-to-end product success
Collaborate with other managers on resource planning, budget management and global initiatives

Engineering degree in Electronics / Micro-technical Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
Solid experience in electronic engineering and industrial production environments
Proven experience managing technical teams and portfolios of complex products
Demonstrated ability to drive execution, manage risks and influence cross-functional teams
Fluent in English, with excellent executive-level communication skills
Hands-on field and laboratory experience, with a strong focus on root cause analysis
