About this role
Role Overview
Actively participating in the department's development projects
Sales analysis: processing commercial performance data for Key Accounts in Salesforce
Maintaining the customer and rental partner database
Creating sales opportunities in Salesforce
Optimizing sales processes: supporting the network in using tools for the MINI direct sales process
Identifying and consolidating opportunities to improve the process
Creating and communicating procedures related to the evolution of the sales process
Monitoring and managing partners that support the sales process (orders/invoicing)
Coordinating long-term rental partners: allocation and monitoring of commercial budgets
Managing vehicle loans to partners
Supporting organization, tracking and reporting of B2B events and long-term rental activities
Writing and sending the department's monthly newsletters
Updating the B2B Sales catalog: technical data and products
Requirements
University degree from a business school or engineering school
Strong interest in automotive products
Good interpersonal skills and strong communication and organizational abilities
Comfortable with IT tools
English and/or German would be a plus.
