About this role
Role Overview
- Conduct internal (remote) workshops on intelligent automation, including advising international departments on process optimization
- Contribute to and further develop AI training programs for a broader audience
- Support the international citizen-developer network and identify automation opportunities
- Provide lateral leadership to the development team in India
- Perform initial assessments of automation and AI requests (feasibility, value, implementation) and manage and track them
- Enhance the "Automation Store" and promote reusability, efficiency, and scalability
Requirements
- Degree in (business) informatics/computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience designing and implementing automation solutions (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, AI tools)
- Hands-on experience with tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Power Apps
- Knowledge of Document Understanding and agentic automation
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to complex business processes
- Team-oriented, communicative, and proficient in German and English (including technical topics)
