Implement and follow engineering, maintenance, and operations policies and procedures
Supervise and coordinate technical teams (technicians and operators) during shifts
Monitor system performance after maintenance or modifications to detect any anomalies
Track faults, defects, and incidents to ensure continuity of operations
Analyze equipment reliability and failure trends to develop preventive maintenance plans
Read and interpret technical manuals and work orders to perform required interventions
Identify operational issues and ensure proper resolution or escalation
Provide technical support and coaching to teams
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes (productivity, cost, quality)
Assist in the preparation of technical and operational reports
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
Master’s degree in engineering is a plus
1–3 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field
Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance and technical operations
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of industrial systems and equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
Continuous improvement mindset and strong organizational skills
