Role Overview
- Create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise.
- Guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach.
- Participate in community events and make outbound calls to customers.
- Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to earn commission.
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- Must be flexible and open to change.
- Strong drive and passion for helping people.
