Retail Sales Consultant

Role Overview

• Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise.
• Meet sales targets and earn commissions by utilizing AT&T’s full suite of products.
• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
• Provide tools, training, and coaching to help meet and exceed sales goals.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Flexibility and openness to change is essential in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
