Role Overview
- Create meaningful connections with every customer with personalized sales expertise
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers
- Meet sales targets and earn commission
- Participate in community events and make outbound calls to customers
- Work a flexible schedule between 9 am-9 pm, including weekends
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- Flexible and open to change
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
