Develop influencer and content strategies for assigned accounts, translating client objectives into creator profiles, formats, and execution plans.
Own the full influencer campaign lifecycle from brief to launch, optimization, and results analysis.
Lead creator discovery and outreach using strategic criteria (fit, reach, engagement, conversion potential, pricing), and build structured creator pipelines.
Approve influencer content for quality, compliance, and brand alignment before launch, and course-correct when needed.
Monitor performance across awareness, traffic, and sign-up goals, adjusting creator mix and formats based on results.
Lead negotiations on deliverables, rates, and standard usage rights within approved budgets.
Maintain clean, accurate Airtable records and use them as the source of truth for pitching and execution.
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing (agency experience preferred)
Strong understanding of influencer performance metrics and creator economics
Ability to run campaigns end-to-end with minimal supervision
Confidence working directly with US-based clients
Strong written and verbal English skills
Comfortable working in structured tools (Airtable, Notion, ClickUp or similar)
