Responsible for managing Film sales team in the territory of China.
Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for China, in alignment with the overall global sales strategy.
Lead and manage a sales team in China, providing clear guidance, coaching, and support.
Set performance targets, monitor progress, and foster a high-performance driven culture.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments.
Monitor sales performance in China, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting to the APAC Business Director.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion in China.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the China market.
Collaborate with the Senior Director and finance team to develop sales forecasts and budgets for China market.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with chemistry, material science, or engineering or commercial related degree is preferred
3 years of films, injection molding, surface treatment on plastics working experience in technical background would be a plus
Very GOOD in English and Chinese in reading, writing and speaking
Japanese could be a significant plus
Work together with internal product and technical team, external customers to develop new project and provide professional solution on using of our products.
