Apply chemical engineering principles to chemical process design, scale-up, troubleshooting, and optimization for pilot and production operations
Develop specifications and test methods for new and existing production processes
Perform process and equipment design calculations
Support the design, specification, and prototyping of chemical process equipment and systems for new and existing manufacturing processes
Design and execute DoE studies to optimize operating conditions and identify critical process parameters
Effectively conduct root cause analysis to solve process challenges

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical process development, scale-up, or manufacturing 3 years experience with a Master’s
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or willingness to obtain
Demonstrated expertise in reaction chemistry and complex process troubleshooting
