Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks
Write high-quality, reusable, and maintainable automation code
Own end-to-end API testing strategy and execution
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure testability and code quality
Perform database validation and backend testing using SQL
Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration for automated tests
Contribute to test strategy, coverage improvement, and quality standards
Identify performance, security, and integration risks early in the SDLC
Support and mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.
Contribute to QA best practices, testing standards, and process optimization initiatives; and Perform any other duties relevant to the role.

Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation
Proven experience in an SDET role or a strong software development background
Strong programming skills with a solid understanding of clean code principles and software design practices (Javascript/Typescript)
Hands-on experience with Playwright (required)
Experience with Cypress(required)
Strong expertise in API testing (REST / GraphQL) Postman / Swagger / OpenAPI
Solid knowledge of SQL and database validation
Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines(GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have Exposure to security testing practices
