Requirements
Excellent verbal communication
At least 85% English level is required (B2, C1, C2)
High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer Representative experience preferred but not required.
Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems.
Windows computer and headset (**Computer specifications: CPU: Intel Core i3/i5 or equivalent to AMD Ryzen 3 or 5 RAM: 8GB expandible up to 16GB, OS: Windows 10
11,** Storage: 250/500GB (Preferably SSD) Able to connect to ethernet.
Energy and Internet stability (At least 50Mbps internet speed)
Ability to work a fixed full-time schedule with reliability.
