Senior Specialist, Total Rewards – SAP SuccessFactors System Administrator

Role Overview

• Provide advanced support for SuccessFactors NS2 CRE environment
• Partner with internal HR customers in regular meetings to align on priorities
• Collaborate with IT organization and vendor support on projects and production issues
• Design work flow processes and system configuration to leverage SuccessFactors tool
• Manage proactive and reactive system change requests
• Conduct training and support for end-users and administrators
• Analyze large data sets in Excel and provide data-supported recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years or master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years related experience in recruiting/sourcing
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Cloud Solution with certification(s) in one or more modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Goals, Learning, Career & Talent Development, Reporting, Report Stories, Compensation)
• Proficient knowledge of SuccessFactors integration center, report stories, role-based permissions and proxy access
• Proficient in project management principles and meeting facilitation
• Knowledge of HR ServiceNow and/or PeopleSoft On-Prem
• Multiple SuccessFactors Certifications; ideally Compensation SuccessFactors NS2 environment experience
