Role Overview
- Responsible for mechanical component manufacture assembly into rocket engine and power systems products
- Managing processes in accordance with the Lean methodology
- Prepare, develop, and defend management key strategic manufacturing plans
- Develop and implement manufacturing and assembly processes improvements
- Use engineering and business software to monitor hardware design configuration updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
- Specialty within discipline, 2 Years of weld experience and 2 years machining experience
- Broad knowledge of project management
