Role Overview
Execute high-volume, high-quality AI-assisted outreach
Multi-thread into every account worked
Qualify opportunities using the PACTA framework
Manage ABM account coverage
Follow up within agreed SLA on inbound leads
Enroll accounts into HubSpot sequences
Hit >300 cold call dials per week
Execute event prospecting cycles
Monitor account alerts and web visit signals
Maintain clean CRM data in HubSpot and Salesforce
Create and manage opportunities effectively
Participate in weekly 1:1s and team reviews
Requirements
1+ years of outbound sales development experience
Comfortable with a high-activity model
Genuine curiosity about fraud, identity, and security
Strong written communication skills
Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM
Experience with or willingness to ramp on leading MarOps Tools
Aptitude to generate prospecting lists with AI tools
Comfortable operating in a fully remote, async-first environment
Process-oriented mindset
Ability to multi-thread across buying committees
Proficiency with macOS and remote work tools
