Maintain and update resource allocation plans across teams and workstreams
Accurately track utilization, capacity, and upcoming resource needs
Support scheduling decisions by surfacing constraints, risks, and alternative options
Liaise with workstream leads to confirm assignments and resolve conflicts
Assist with creating and maintaining project budgets and forecasts
Reconcile planned vs. actuals; flag variances and work with teams to understand corrective action
Prepare draft PowerPoint files for EY Executive Management (Vice-Chairs, SL/SSL Leaders, etc.)
Numeric analysis using Excel/Pivot
Produce simple, digestible summaries from large datasets
Ask clarifying questions whenever requirements or data are unclear
Support documentation of processes and maintain clear guidance for others
Accept project-based work, of their choosing, when not engaged with work items which are core to this role.
Requirements
5–8+ years of relevant professional experience in analytical, PMO, resource management, operations, or financial support roles
Strong comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and structured data in complex environments
High attention to detail combined with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations
Strong communication skills, including written materials and stakeholder-facing interactions
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data validation
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams
Nice-to-Have: Experience supporting large-scale or global programs
Familiarity with Mercury, budgeting tools, or financial tracking processes
Prior exposure to executive or senior leadership reporting
Experience working in matrixed or professional-services environments.
