Provide consulting support across planning, design, and implementation phases of infrastructure engineering works.
Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies to define project requirements, risks, and constraints.
Develop, review, and monitor engineering plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
Support project controls activities, including cost, schedule, and quality management.
Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored, effective solutions.
Participate in business and operational transformation projects within the infrastructure and energy sector.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases.
Work with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Primavera, CDE Enterprise, Jira).
Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and regulations (including German standards such as VDE and DIN).

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, civil engineering, or a related field.
At least 3–4 years of professional experience in infrastructure or transmission grid construction projects, preferably cable or DC projects.
Hands-on experience in project controls, including cost, schedule, and quality management.
Knowledge of DC projects and applicable standards and regulations in Germany (e.g., VDE, DIN).
Experience working with project and collaboration software such as Primavera, CDE Enterprise, Jira, or similar tools.
Fluent German and English language skills.
High willingness to travel based on project and client needs.
