Position Paramount Streaming as a core part of clients’ video advertising plans, while demonstrating how streaming and linear work together to deliver results.
Drive strategic sales efforts for premier live events and original content, crafting integrated campaigns that resonate with audiences.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients, including direct advertisers and agency partners.
Increase account share within agency partners by leveraging Paramount's robust portfolio of streaming, digital, and linear assets.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research, outreach, and prospecting.
Collaborate with internal team members, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal performance.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
3+ years of media sales experience, ideally with a focus on streaming and/or linear TV.
Proven success in developing and closing high-value advertising deals.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong business acumen with knowledge of the media landscape and evolving viewer behaviors.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Wide Orbit Media Sales, Wide Orbit Traffic, Operative, and Microsoft Office
