Role Overview
Manage a diverse territory and drive sales growth
Prospect for and acquire new customers
Develop relationships with existing customers
Provide a consultative sales approach by identifying customer needs
Collaborate closely with the sales leadership team
Represent Avantor's mission
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
1+ year in a complex, solution-focused sales environment involving multiple stakeholders
B2B sales experience preferred; a strong asset: experience in distribution or laboratory/research settings
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to interact confidently with business owners and decision-makers
Excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset
Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) required to support communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
