Requirements
8+ years of experience in digital design or advertising
At least 3 years in a leadership or art direction role
A portfolio that showcases best-in-class digital creative for ecommerce or performance marketing
Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills
Expertise in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, JIRA, Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience working with headless CMS’ like Contentful
Experience directing photo/video content and writing or editing copy for digital channels is a strong asset
Confident communicator with the ability to present and sell ideas to stakeholders at all levels
A collaborative, empathetic leadership style
Passionate about emerging tech, especially AI and automation
