Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required
8+ years of technical program management experience, ideally in advertising technology, SaaS, or enterprise platforms
Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply in system architecture, data flows, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems
Solid understanding of advertising technology ecosystems
Proven track record of driving large, enterprise-scale programs from conception through delivery
Exceptional ability to influence without authority across Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal
Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and mitigate technical and organizational risks
Experience setting program management best practices, improving delivery rigor, and mentoring other TPMs
