About this role

Design and produce commercial communication materials (POS, print) in accordance with the Brand guidelines
Write briefs and manage creative agencies in the development of materials
Analyze, challenge and guide creative proposals
Present creative concepts and justify your recommendations to stakeholders
Organize and coordinate the production of materials (internal or external)
Ensure the quality of deliverables, adherence to deadlines and compliance with technical constraints
Track projects and ensure effective coordination with internal stakeholders (marketing, retail…)

Master's degree in Communications (or equivalent)
Some prior experience in communications is a plus – junior candidates are welcome
Creative sensitivity and interest in retail communications and marketing
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
Ability to present ideas clearly, argue your position and persuade stakeholders
Organized, rigorous and able to prioritize
Critical thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Solid communications knowledge (graphic design, print production workflow, creative trends)
Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of marketing objectives
Proficient with office software (knowledge of creative tools such as Adobe Suite is a plus)
Intermediate English required
