Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and Salesforce development teams
Prioritize backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and dependencies
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos in Agile environments
Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
Define KPIs and track success metrics for Salesforce initiatives
Ensure best practices in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations
Support change management, user training, and adoption strategies

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices
Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
