Proactively scan market trends, emerging technologies and global best practices to identify innovation opportunities to enhance procurement efficiency, effectiveness and compliance
Evaluate and recommend new practices or tools that drive continuous improvement for future-ready procurement
Drive the Procurement Leadership Team agenda and requirements, align with IT, Finance, Legal to secure end to end alignment
Lead your team across AI & Projects, Process Innovation and System Innovation, sponsor and facilitate initiatives to improve procurement processes and systems across direct and indirect spending
Identify and implement enhancements to procurement systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across processes
Establishes performance metrics and fosters a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related discipline is required
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Change Management (e.g., Prosci), or similar are desirable
Proven experience as a strategic thinker developing and implementing procurement improvement initiatives across global or regional organisations
Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in one of the following areas; procurement, operations, leadership or transformation roles
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex project and program setups
Change management expertise with foundational experience in leading change initiatives from successful implementation and ongoing success
