Role Overview
- Build AI agents for engineers that transform development workflows
- Automate routine engineering tasks (requirements refinement, coding, testing)
- Improve team velocity and reduce manual effort through AI-driven solutions
- Create internal best-practices guidelines for building and scaling AI agents
- Act as an Engineering × AI multiplier across teams
Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on experience building and integrating AI/LLM solutions
- Strong Software Engineering, AQA, SDET or DevOps background
- Practical experience with Context Engineering and RAG architectures
- Experience building multi-agent systems (n8n, Claude Code, Agents SDK, etc.)
- Strong hands-on experience with coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex)
- Proven ability to operate autonomously and deliver measurable results
- Systems thinker with strong time management and ownership mindset
- Understanding of infrastructure fundamentals, including MLOps principles, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and Kubernetes will be a plus
