Support procurement and purchasing decisions by analyzing supplier, price, and procurement data
Improve cost efficiency, supplier performance, and procurement strategies using data-driven insights
Analyze and report on key procurement metrics (KPIs)
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Develop dashboards and reports for procurement teams and senior management
Support strategic sourcing and supplier selection decisions
Monitor supplier performance and risk indicators
Cleanse, validate, and manage procurement datasets
Automate reporting and analysis processes
Collaborate with Finance and IT teams
Requirements
Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
Strong skills in data analysis and preparation, particularly with Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, ideally macros) and SQL for data extraction
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
Solid understanding of cost analysis and financial relationships
Strong ability to interpret data, solve analytical problems, and identify trends, anomalies, and savings potential
Experience with procurement or ERP systems (SAP)
Programming skills are a plus
Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
