About this role
Role Overview
Deliver superior service to Fleet customers and dealers
Build customer relationships in support of Customer Service Indicators and Dealer Service Indicators
Service all Fleet accounts
Provide a single point of contact for inquiries and requests from customers, dealers, DTFS Sales and other internal partners
Responsible for timely follow-up on delegated items
Minimize legal and financial risk through procedural compliance and processing excellence
Prepare legal documents for account modifications
Respond timely to inquiries received via mail, email, cases, and phone
Provide account information and perform account updates as requested
Ensure completion of issues that are delegated to other areas within the organization
Build relationships with internal partners to minimize risk of non-compliance with partner policies
Manage maturing leases and initiate contact with customers
Requirements
BS/BA and prefer 0-2 years of relevant experience OR 4 years of finance or data-driven experience in lieu of degree
1+ years of related customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
Experience with collecting data and establish trends and variances
Ability to manage customer portfolios consisting of multi-asset accounts
High level of confidence communicating verbally and in writing with a wide range of customers from staff level to executive management
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, etc. (Exceptional Candidates Might Have)
Experience with ALFA, PEGA, F&I Pro, or eCreditPro (Exceptional Candidates Might Have)
