Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements
An education at the bachelor’s level in engineering or business management is highly preferred.
Specific industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of experience in operations/general management with full P&L responsibility of $5-10M + and at least 8-10+ employees, ideally in an engineering services or field services environment in manufacturing, MEP, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial.
Experience working with customers and building relationships.
Strong leadership and management skills with experience growing a business.
