Project planning and control
End-to-end project management: You are responsible for planning, controlling and successfully delivering projects
Scope, schedule and budget management: You define project objectives and create robust project plans
Resource planning: You proactively plan the deployment of personnel and technical resources
Methodical project control: You apply traditional, agile and hybrid project management methods
Risk and quality management: You identify project risks early and ensure project success
Team leadership and execution: You lead cross-functional project teams
Stakeholder management and communication: You work closely with relevant business units and stakeholders

Completed degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, natural sciences or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience leading complex projects, ideally in healthcare or the life sciences sector
Solid knowledge of traditional and agile project management methods (Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2, PMI, etc.); certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is an advantage
Confident use of common project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
Strong analytical and strategic skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working
Initiative, sense of responsibility and integrity
Strong leadership and communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
Very good German and English skills
