About this role
Role Overview
- Oversee financial operations across multiple Facilities Management client accounts
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities
- Serve as primary finance contact for client account teams
- Manage annual budget and quarterly forecast processes
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly financial packages
- Oversee compliance with Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Manage corporate finance responsibilities
- Execute special projects and additional functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 10-15 years of progressive, relevant finance and accounting experience
- Proven supervisory or team management experience
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent computer skills including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Deep understanding of client service excellence
- Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, and audit standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Preferred: MBA and/or CPA certification
- Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) or similar ERP platforms
