Increase product presence in the pharmacy retail channel through strategic sell-out initiatives, negotiations with distributors and chains, market analysis, and management of promotional campaigns.
Align marketing objectives with commercial actions using digital tools, group-buy platforms and management systems to ensure effectiveness across the pharma channel.
Expand the network of pharmacies participating in campaigns and promotional activities.
Plan, negotiate, and execute commercial initiatives with distributors and pharmacy chains.
Register products, promotions, and offers on group-buy platforms and management systems (such as Webcompras, Gruppy, Linx Conecta, SULTS).
Generate demand by educating client staff (training, demonstrations, usage guidance), presenting content clearly and engagingly both in person and digitally (e.g., videocast).
Analyze market data, pricing, product performance, and consumer behavior.
Participate in events, trade shows, and relationship-building activities.
Present results via dashboards (Power BI and Advanced Excel).
Provide internal support to sales, marketing, and customer service teams with a focus on execution and strategic alignment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Economics, or related fields.
Previous experience in trade marketing / commercial area.
Experience negotiating with distributors.
Knowledge of market analysis.
Availability to attend events, trade shows, and client visits.
Nice to have: knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector or hospital products.
